Shipping Policy

How will my delivery be shipped?

We ship via UPS or USPS, which can be selected on the checkout page. If you need it sent by other methods, please contact us before making an order. 

How can I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping for all orders of $200 USD in the Mainland U.S. only. (This offer is not for recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S.V.I., etc.)

Island State: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Micronesia, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Armed Forces Pacific, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Americas, Northern Mariana Islands.

How long does delivery take?

Orders will be submitted to our warehouse shipping system within 24-48 hours after we receive payment. Packages generally arrive within 2-8 days(UPS) or 5-15 days(USPS). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

How can I cancel the order?

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Please contact customer support at info@tnttattoous.com to cancel the order.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

How long does PRE-ORDER product delivery take?

After the product arrives in our warehouse, we will arrange the shipment for you within 1~3 business day. You will receive the email "A shipment from your order is on the way" after we upload the tracking number. If you cannot accept the estimated shipping time, please send an email to info@tnttattoous.com to contact us to cancel the order. We will cancel your order and refund it in full.

What if the package is damaged or lost?

For the damaged package you received, please take a photo or video and contact UPS or USPS for your package details as soon as possible. At the same time, contact us at info@tnttattoous.com. We will do our best to help you defend your rights.

When you lose your package during shipping, remember to contact UPS or USPS immediately and contact us at info@tnttattoous.com. We will help you address this problem and resend it again.

Handling Time

We strive to get all orders received shipped out on the same day. We ship on weekdays, Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or on holidays. Orders received Friday - Sunday will ship on the following Monday.

Shipping and Status Update

Order(s) will be shipped by our warehouse in the USA. When you place an order on the tnttattoous.com website, you will receive a shipping information email. Please check your email address. If you haven't found the email, please check your spam box and add our email to your contact list.
